Promenade Wines

At Promenade, we believe that winemaking is nature's gift to us, able to flourish on its own, but aided by the winemaker crafting the grapes into another form, giving them a whole new life in the bottle. We believe that great fruit makes great wine and want that fact to shine through. Together with our winemakers we've used oak subtly and blend carefully to maximize the true taste of the fruit.

The philosophy behind Promenade's Napa Valley Cabernet is about carefully selecting fruit and blending to gain complexity in the wine. Our goal is to respect the integrity of the fruit, while bringing forth the nuances that make the taste on your palate smooth, rich, delicious and consistent.

We prefer to use a combination of both new French oak barrels and those that have been used once so there is enough oak flavor left that our Cabernets can age a full 20 months without over-the-top oak flavors, letting the fruit shine through clean, round and juicy on the palate.
