Penguin Bay Winery was formerly the "Finger Lakes Champagne House". In 2005, the name was changed to Penguin Bay Winery and we added 6 new wines in addition to our list of sparkling wines. The wines featured include Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Tuxedo White, Tuxedo Red, Cabernet and Maroon Four. Also featured are all the fine Swedish Hill and Goose Watch champagnes.

Swedish Hill produces 4 different champagnes, including Brut, Naturel, Blanc de Blanc and Spumante Blush. From Goose Watch, visitors may choose from Pinot Noir Brut Rosé and Golden Spumante. Both wineries have achieved international acclaim for their champagnes at some of the most prestigious wine competitions held in the world. Visitors are often surprised at the range of styles and flavors found in the various champagnes.
