Pantheon Cellars is a winery located in Lodi, California. The winery is owned by Jon Bjork and Nick Sikeotis. The wine at Pantheon Cellars is produced by Craig Becker. Their two families united in 2006 solely focused on creating Panthos – a limited-production Rhône-style blend from the best vineyards of Lodi.Headed by Nick Sikeotis and Jon Bjork, Pantheon Cellars, by design, has no ownership ties to any vineyards, freeing us to seek out the best sites and clones for their red blend. Pantheon Cellars produces the following wine varietals: Mourvèdre, Petite Syrah and Syrah/Shiraz.
