We love beer.  We believe in paying attention to every detail, no matter how small, to create the best possible beer we can brew.  It all starts with Brewmaster Asa Marsh-Sachs and his passion for brewing.  He brews with super filtered water, great malts such as floor malted Maris Otter, and hops from all over the world.  We don't shy away from paying a bit more for exactly what we want, like the Mosaic hop in the Lightning Tree IPA.  Asa ferments the beer using a variety of different yeast strains to keep each beer tasting unique, and he filters all the ales except the Witbier.  Our custom built stainless steel glycol-jacketed brewery helps Asa get the results that he wants.  We sell over 95% of our beer by the pint or growler at the brewery and by the pint at Woodman's.
