We are Alex and Tim O'Meara: local brothers, born and raised in Lake County, craft brewers, and Pub Grub connoisseurs. What is Pub Grub? To put it simply - it's uncomplicated, delicious food that aims to compliment your beer rather than overshadow it! Picture a fresh craft ale - let's say a cold, citrusy BottleRock Blonde Ale, and a basket of crispy shoestring garlic fries to go with it. Or maybe you're in the mood for some of that famous west coast hop character? Try an Elk Mountain IPA and a char-broiled Brewhouse Burger on a fresh artisan bun.
