Located in the quiet sea side town of Seal Beach in Southern California, Old Town Gallery has built a reputation around the world as the leading source for art by the talented, up and coming painter Fabian Perez. Gallery president and curator Richard Benter realized the incredible talent and passion of Perez instantly upon seeing his impressive body of work.
