North River Golf Club

North River Golf Club is the best golf course in Beaufort, NC, and the surrounding area. The championship layout was designed by award-winning architect Bob Moore of the JMP Golf Design Group, and stretches to 7,200 yards from the back tees, while playing to a par of 72. Featuring five sets of tee boxes, which range in distance from the 7,200-yard tips, down to a manageable 5,017 yards from the forward tees, the golf course is enjoyable for golfers of all ability levels. The course features expansive waste bunkers that enhance the visual- appeal of the course, while lakes and ponds, many with wooden bulkheads, have been created to bring water into play on seven holes. There is also a large practice range and a putting green to compliment the golf course.
