About Us:
The Newaygo County Museum & Heritage Center has been collecting, preserving, and sharing Newaygo County history for over 48 years. Formed 1965 as the Newaygo County Society of History, the organization was incorporated in 1966. In 1982, “genealogy” was added to the name, and tax exempt status as a 501(c)3 in received in 1985.
