South Nine
The first of two “Valley” courses, the South Nine, will challenge even the best with a mixture of rolling hills, large trees, and well placed bunkers. Respect the river, it will intimidate the straightest of drivers, and has been known to force a club change or two.
If one hopes to shoot par, playing the fairway is key. Room for error is minimal, and birdie chances are few and far between.
South Course measures 2,981 yards from the white tees and 2,672 yards from the red tees.
East Nine
The second of the two “Valley” courses, the East Nine, plays slightly more forgiving, but don’t let some of the wide fairways and large greens get to your head.
Numerous out of bounds threats await to claim your tee shots. Club selection is the key to managing your way through the East Nine.
East Course measures 2,853 yards from the white tees and 2,440 yards from the red tees.
West Nine
The West Nine is the shortest but most deceptive of the three courses. Playing at a par 33 its challenges are often overlooked. Misplay even one shot and watch those three strokes pop up on your scorecard.
Hitting greens in regulation is a must if one hopes to walk away with par. There is no room for error with large trees lining nearly every fairway, eager to obstruct a wayward tee shot.
West Course measures 2,492 yards from the white tees and 2,190 yards from the red tees.
