The building's exterior was designed by noted New York artist Greg Hill, whose designs can be seen throughout Broadway's theatre district. "Just Imagine" by Graham Lane, is the newest corporate art work at New Theatre Restaurant and is displayed at the front entrance. This piece of art initiates the guests to the "human for" sculptures that are presented throughout the theatre. Designed to spark the imagination of the guests, the creative interplay between artist and observers begins at the door and encourages participation throughout the guests' visit. 

The theatre seats 617 persons in comfort. Tables are suspended by wall brackets allowing maximum leg room. The fan-shaped seating area provides clear direct stage viewing. Whimsical "human sculptures" above each entry and in "opera boxes" provide a festive atmosphere. More than 1200 tiny colored lights, designed into art deco chevrons, cross the ceiling. Walkway area and stairs have indirect tivoli lights, allowing excellent visibility when the house lights are darkened for performance.
