Our farm has been in the same family for five generations starting in the early 1850’s with German immigrants. Over the years, more ground has been added to the original farmland and our farming practices have changed drastically. We have moved from plowing with miles to tractors with air conditioning, heat and radios.
In the spring, we open a fruit stand located in an old restored bank barn built around 1860. It is one of the last three original farm building made from chestnut logs, which were brought out of the mountain by horse and wagon.
Come see us around mid-May for our home grown strawberries. We offer them already picked or pick-your-own. Sweet corn is pulled every day but Sunday starting in July. Squash is picked daily starting mid- June. We bring you the freshest possible fruits and vegetables from our farm to you.
