Mahogany Ridge Brewery & Grill is locally owned and operated by Charlie and Nancy Noble and Chef, Jason Salisbury.

Originally the site of the Steamboat Brewery & Tavern, Mahogany Ridge opened it's doors March, 2003. Charlie was the former Brew-master at Steamboat Brewery before becoming Owner of Mahogany. His love of handcrafted brewing keeps him actively creating new brews all the time.

Charlie and wife Nancy are quintessential 'Boaters, raising their two children in town, while running a local business. They know what family-dining experience should be.

Jason has been cooking for as long as he can remember. Self-taught and passionate about experimenting with different presentations, Jason's extensive travels always awaken his creativity. With a constantly evolving menu, Chef Salisbury, along with long-time Sous Chef Brad Bates, want their guests to leave satisfied, inspired and ready to come back for more!
