Mad Bomber Brewing Company

Our Story:

The Mad Bomber Brewing Company originated, like most others, as a product of a home brewing hobby turned obsession. After returning from a deployment to Afghanistan in 2011, Army Bomb Squad soldiers Tom Applegate, John Taylor, and Alan Longacre began working on combining their passion for craft beer and all things explosive. Driven by the work ethic and organization of the fourth partner, Stephanie Applegate, the Mad Bomber Brewing Company finally opened it's doors on November 1st, 2013.

The Mad Bomber taproom is decorated with pictures and memorabilia from past and present bomb disposal soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen. With 8 taps, tables constructed of old ammunition crates, and casual fireplace seating, the taproom focus is to create an atmosphere that emphasizes good conversation, awesome beer, and great people.
