About Us:

We are a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to producing live theatre for the Loveland community. All of the shows you will see us produce are performed, designed, costumed, and technically supported by a dedicated and talented group of volunteer members of our community. We also have members who choose not to perform but who work tirelessly behind the scenes in administrative and clerical areas. All of these people work together to give you high quality shows all season long.

The story of the Loveland Community Theatre (LCT) parallels that of community theatre endeavors across the country:  an ambitious band of enthusiasts envision a dream to bring live theatre to their community.  In the spring of 1978, that dream was realized in Loveland with the birth of LCT.  Their first production, “Outward Bound”, was met with rave reviews and rapt audiences.  And the rest is history . . .  Since then, community theatre has been alive and well in the Sweetheart City.
