Lakeside Winery

All of our wines are made from fruit that we grow on our farm. Friends and family help us with harvest, crush and bottling. The varietals we offer are all small batch hand-crafted wines with minimal processing. You've heard that better fruit makes better wine and we have the luxury of being fussy in handling our fruit. This hand tending best expresses the fruit. You won't find fancy, expensive equipment in our winery.

We started making wine in 1999 and growing grapes in 2000. Our vineyard started with only a few vines the first year and grew year after year. It started as a hobby then grew too much for a hobby so we established our commercial winery. We refer to our situation as "Hobby Gone Wild."
