About Us
Since 1998, The Katonah Art Center has become the hub of artistic learning in Northern Westchester. KAC offers classes to all ages and levels and is known for its warm, supportive environment providing a creative sanctuary for art lovers, artists, musicians, dancers, singers, illustrators, cartoonists, sculptors, photographers, knitters, yogis, painters and potters. KAC is known for the quality of its instructors many whom are locally and nationally known artists. The art center houses three painting studios, a pottery studio, a children's art room, a darkroom, an Apple computer lab, a music room and two newly renovated dance & fitness studios.
KAC's new program TADA (Theatre And Dance Arts) offers a wide array of classes taught by seasoned professionals in the performing arts. In addition to our many disciplines of dance, we offer classes in acting and voice, dance fitness, yoga, as well as classes for home-schoolers and special needs children. Also new this year is Renaissance Kids @KAC, a new multi-arts, bilingual Preschool and Kindergarten Enrichment Program. It is our goal to provide nurturing, educational and professional quality environment that KAC is known for to our new performing arts school and enrichment program.
