Jilbert Winery, established in 1999, is a family owned and operated boutique winery specializing in the production of a unique and novel producr known as honey wine. We are one of" a very few wineries in Ohio,in the nation, and in Canada char produces this product. Ohio grown grape based wines arc also produced here at Jilbert Winery, offering a variety of wines reflecting die diverse palates of our customers. Experience the winery housed in a days gone by historic dairy barn built in 1905. The property also includes the historic k picturesque Jilbert house built in 1913, an apiary, honey extraction house, wine manufacturing and bottling area, tasting room, gift shop, and a wine and dine patio enjoyed in the summer months. The second floor of the dairy barn was refurbished to its original glory, into a seventy two-sear dining room, complete with a double fireplace and chandeliers. We serve a weekly changing Chef's Table Menu in the spring, fall, and winter months. In the summer, we serve traditional summer fare to include sandwiches and entrees. Our sandwiches and entrees arc served with sauces and glazes infused with our wine.

Prepare your palace for sips of our fine Valley City Ohio produced wines. Relax on the patio during the summer months or in our refurbished century old dairy barn for dinner during spring, fall, and winter.
