JC Wine Cellars, established in 1998, is housed in a historic building in rural Jefferson County and has hosted guests from all over the world. The small yet remarkable family winery continues the tradition of natural winemaking from start to finish. Each bottle is hand-crafted in the old world style.
JC Wine Cellars is also an award winning fine dining restaurant open for lunch & dinner Wednesday through Saturday 12 pm - 9 pm. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, reservations are strongly recommended. The wine cellar's gift shop features beautiful custom wine baskets and unique gift items for all occasions.
