About Us

We are a small Meadery in Northern Colorado. Our meads are made with honey from our own bees. (When necessary we supplement with other Colorado honey).

We currently have four separate beeyards with a few hives on the property of friends and a fifth beeyard coming on-line next summer. We will be going into winter with approximately 40 hives. Our honeys vary from year to year (sometimes significantly), as do our meads. If you find one of our products that you like, keep in mind that each batch is a limited production run of 15 - 100 gallons. The next run, while similar, will be slightly different. Fruits and other additions to our meads are selected from the finest products available and are also subject to variations in flavor and color. 

Our goal is to produce some "Standards", with limited releases of specialty meads on a quarterly basis. These specialty meads will only be available for a limited time from a limited number of outlets. Check back frequently to keep up to date on these special releases and where they can be found.
