Hixson Flight Museum

The Hixson Museum of Flight is one of the most unique places you will ever visit. Often described as Chattanooga's most interactive museum, we encourage visitors to get  their hands dirty in aviation's rich history. That's because we not only preserve history, we give it life. Our exhibits are living, breathing historical artifacts that are regularly maintained and operated. Most weekends, work is being done on the aircraft and other days we're out flying.
