The Golf Club at Yankee Trace was completed in 1995, under the guidance of the Gene Bates Design Group, and the City of Centerville. The plan included an 18-hole championship course, as well as a phenomenal clubhouse. Due to the hard work and dedication of all those involved, Yankee Trace is able to offer amenities unmatched by any public course in the region. The 32,000 square foot clubhouse is home to the Restaurant at Yankee Trace, which hosts lunch and dinner events, outing, and concerts on its outdoor seating area. The Pro Shop is stocked with Yankee Trace merchandise from all the top brands in golf, including Nike, Odyssey, Titleist, and Adidas. The facility offers an indoor practice area, allowing you to keep your game in top shape all year round. The banquet hall, in addition to the beautiful architecture and landscaping, is the perfect location for a wedding or special event.
The season of 2001 brought an additional 9-hole course, making Yankee Trace a 27-hole facility. The newer course, named the Vintage, was also designed by the Gene Bates Design Group. This nine offers unique challenges, including tight fairways, smaller landing areas, and a plethora of hazards along the way.
The course has received multiple distinctions, including a 4.5 star rating from Golf Digest, Top 10 municipal courses in the country, Top 50 courses with green fees under $50, and awarded best course in the region by the Dayton Daily News. Come visit us, as we are positive that our friendly and professional staff will make sure that you'll enjoy it, for whatever reason you may come out.
