About Us:

Our brewery is just that...a brewery. Sure, we're here to chase our dreams and create jobs give back to the community and all that. But really, we're here to make beer. Really good beer. Bright beer. Well-conditioned beer. Beer ready for "the Show". Beer that we're proud to serve and even happier to drink.

Sour beer. Dark beer. Hoppy beer. Old beer and young beer, lager and ale. We love it all and you do too. So we're going to make a lot of it. The ones that we all really like, we'll make more of that.

We've dealt with the hard part of starting this brewery. Late nights, meeting after meeting with suppliers and service providers. Overpaid engineers and underpaid contractors. The City, holy-frijole-you-have-got-to-be-kidding-me, the City. Now it's time to do the fun part...and not necessarily the easiest part, either: Brew the best beer in Denver. Style for style, whim for whim, the best beer in Denver. Because if we brew the best beer in Denver, then we're brewing some of the best beer in the world.
