Mission
The Fort Bliss Museums and Study Center identifies, collects, researches, preserves, and interprets historically significant properties since1848 to the present. These programs provide for scholarly research, enhanced morale, and strengthens the strong relationship that exists between the U.S. military and surrounding communities.
It provides a repository for the history of Fort Bliss and shows the impact of the U.S. Army on El Paso, the southwest, the nation and the world. The programs and exhibits serve to educate youth and adult alike.
