The programming at FLY Children’s Art Center is open studio format. Supplies and tools are arranged cafeteria style, inviting each child to select what ever they wish. Children in our sessions engage in the process of decision making, problem solving, creative ingenuity and ultimately art making.
FLY Children’s Art Center is a non-profit organization in Ypsilanti, Michigan whose mission is to provide meaningful art making experiences for children ages 3-10. FLY offers classes inside public schools and in the community at no cost to the students or their families.
Young children need every opportunity to learn how to be critical thinkers, risk takers and creative problem solvers. This lays the groundwork for their future greatness.
