Ferguson Ridge Ski Area

Ferguson Ridge Ski Area (Fergi) is a small, community-run ski area located approximately 9 miles outside of Joseph off of Tucker Down Road. Fergi is generally open on weekends and holidays from 10AM-4PM (snow conditions permitting) during the winter season (generally mid-December to beginning of April). One T-Bar and a rope-tow service 8 main trails with new trails being forged each season. The base elevation is 5,200 feet above sea level and the vertical elevation gain is approximately 640 feet (top to bottom). Both downhill and nordic ski trails are available at the area. Lift tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for age 15 and under (no credit cards, please). Ski and snowboards rentals are available at the mountain. Snowshoes and nordic ski gear are available for rental at Joseph Hardware in Joseph.
