The Public House was voted "Best New Restaurant in 2012" by Metropolitan Magazine Readers. Located adjacent to the brewery in the southwest side of the building, you will find a unique atmosphere unlike any other local restaurant. It is hard to believe this building once housed the Salisbury Ice Plant and each room was once a big freezer. Now creatively designed with a sleek urban feel, you will find a welcoming environment. A large exposed brick wall in the bar area features a giant chalkboard that showcases fresh cheese and meat selections, creative daily Chef's features, as well as a listing of available eVo beers. The Public House menu offers seasonally selected items as well as some traditional pub favorites.
