Eastview is a super-regional shopping center located less than a mile off New York State Thruway Exit 45 and Route 490. The mall is located near the Finger Lakes wine region, the second largest wine producing region in the U.S.

Eastview truly caters to the upscale fashion clientele with more than thirty stores that are unique to the market including Anthropologie, The Art of Shaving, Apple, Brooks Brothers, Buckle, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Coach, Coldwater Creek, Crabtree & Evelyn, Eddie Bauer, Forever 21, Free People, GUESS, J. Crew, Janie & Jack, L.L. Bean, LEGO, Lovesac, LUSH, Michael Kors, Naartjie Kids, Swarovski, Vera Bradley, and White House Black Market.

Eastview also has five major department stores including Lord & Taylor, Macy's, JC Penney, and Sears. In October of 2013 Eastview became home to the first Von Maur department store in the northeast.

Another distinctive feature at Eastview is the restaurant selection at the front entrance featuring P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Champps Americana, Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano and Bonefish Grill.
