Hemlock Lake is home to Eagle Crest and O-Neh-Da Vineyards, established over 140 years ago to offer natural, pure grape wines from locally grown Finger Lakes fruit. Sustainable vineyard practices and careful stewardship of the Earth have guided us since our founding in 1872.Nature inspires our wine making today. We honor each unique cool-climate harvest,producing unadulterated local wines at a fair price.  Amidst 6,686 acres of State Forest Land,come find our vineyard and winery, home to New York State's oldest Bald Eagle nests.

A spirit of good stewardship informs our vineyard practices and packaging choices today. Eagle Crest wines are perfectly preserved and packaged in recycled glass, with soy-based inks and resealable Stelvin closures.We hope our wines bring Joy to your daily life and increasing discernment and appreciation for Balance and Beauty.
