The purpose of the park is to provide space where dogs can exercise and socialize with other dogs. Owners and their dogs should expect frequent interactions with other people or dogs at the park. People and pets enter at their own risk. The City of Dubuque is not responsible for the actions of people or their pets.
Park hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please help keep barking to a minimum. The Pet Park has a $1.00 daily user fee per pet. Annual passes are available to City of Dubuque residents for a fee of $25, or non-City residents for a fee of $35.
