The Dow Westside YMCA is located on the corner of Hwy.1 and Sugar Plantation Parkway in Addis, La. Built in 2006, and this facility totals 21,000 square feet and offers a variety of family and wellness programs.
Hours of Operation:
Main Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday, 5:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The Y will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Mardi Gras Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday. The Y will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
The Y will have limited hours and locations open on the following holidays: Labor Day, Fourth of July

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
