DiStefano wines are a gift from Mark Newton, founder and owner of the winery, to his wife Donna DiStefano. The winery was established in 1983 being one of the first 5 wineries in Woodinville. We want to say thank you for being supportive customers and thank you for believing in our wines! This year we celebrate 30 years of winemaking. It all started in basement storefront in Ballard where we made our first sparkling wine, Newton & Newton, made from Oregon Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In 1990 we started making our Sauvignon Blanc and then in 1991 our first Cabernet Sauvignon. Over the years we introduced some great wines including our Syrah, the Meritage blend, Domenica (Merlot) and Sogno (Cabernet Franc). This June we will release two new wines with 30 years of history.
