Our goal at Dance Studio 105 is to create a safe, fun, relaxed, family friendly, happy atmosphere - A Dance Home.

We are an independently owned social dance venue. By being a sole proprietor studio, we can make dance affordable for any budget. Our average per person, per group class price is about $12 or under. (When purchased as a membership, punch card or other package.)
Dance Studio 105 offers group dance classes for kids, young adults, seniors, singles, groups, empty nesters, families -- everyone is welcome!

Don't want to dance with a group?? No problem. Private dance lessons are available too. (By appointment only.)

Do you have a wedding or special event coming up? We have custom dance packages to get you dancing on the floor in style.

The different types of group dance classes offered range from Basic Ballroom and Country Western to Latin and Rhythm styles -- From Beginner to Advanced levels. 

Our 45 minute class sessions start at the top of each hour. This allows for questions and answers, plus a little extra instruction if needed.

The studio features a custom professional "sprung" or "floating" dance floor. This allows for a more comfortable dance experience. We have over 1700 square feet of dance area in our 2300+ sf retail location. This gives us plenty of room for dance parties and events. 

All of our instructors are dance professionals with years of training and teaching experience. In addition, Dance Studio 105 offers coaching with top national and world ranked dance pros. 

Dancing is good for you! Years of research has shown that dancing has many health benefits. Dancing can lower stress and blood pressure, increase stamina, help reduce weight and gain muscle control. 

In the case of certain medical conditions, such as Alzheimer's or dementia, dancing helps strengthen the connection between the brain and the body. 

For kids and young adults, learning to social dance is a great confidence builder!!
