Dakaro Cellars and Big Spring Vineyards are located in Whitmore, California. Tucked into the Shasta Cascade foothills, the site has loamy volcanic soils, pure natural spring waters and the perfect climate for premium wine grapes. We feature hand-crafted and blended artisan wines produced in small batches to highlight and accentuate the aromas, flavors and fruit quality from this exceptional location.
Our goal is to produce and offer the best quality wine possible for your pleasure and enjoyment.Take the beautiful drive to Whitmore and visit us for a tasting. We'd love to pour our wines for you at our "Meadow House" surrounded by serene oaks and lush, rocky vineyards.
