Located in a scenic setting in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains, Lake Greeson and the Little Missouri River create a destination for outdoor recreation. Situated on Lake Greeson, Daisy State Park is a popular place for fishing and kayaking with rentals available. Lake tours offer views of magnificent rock formations that you may not otherwise see. The Little Missouri River also offers impressive fishing for trout and excellent floating in the spring. Other activities include ATV riding on the Bear Cycle Trail. Daisy is near Crater of Diamonds State Park which makes a great day trip from your campsite. There is one yurt, 102 campsites (26 Class A, 56 Class B, and 20 tent sites), picnic areas, a pavilion, launch ramps, and a playground.

Daisy State Park is on the north end of Lake Greeson just off U.S. Highway 70 near the town of Daisy. The park is surrounded by vast timberlands (privately owned); add the Ouachita National Forest just a few miles to the north, and this area offers a bonanza of year-round recreation. From fishing, boating, camping, hiking, swimming, waterskiing and scuba diving, to in-season hunting on timber company and U.S. Forest Service lands (no hunting in state parks), to touring backcountry roads, southwest Arkansas offers some of the best outdoor fun in the state.

Camping- Open year-round, Daisy State Park offers a variety of experiences. For visitors needing water and electrical hook-ups, 82 campsites with asphalt-surfaced pads are available including 26 campsites with 50 amp and water, and 56 with 30 amp and water. The park also offers 21 tent sites (no hookups), 10 of which are for walk-in camping. All campsites have tables and grills. There are six clean, modern bathhouses and a sanitary dump station. Two free boat launch ramps are available.

Picnicking- Scattered among the pines and hardwoods, the shaded picnic sites at Daisy are equipped with tables and grills for cookout fun at no charge.

Group Facility Rentals- A large, enclosed pavilion with restroom is available for rent. Plenty of open space surrounds the pavilion, making it ideal for games and group activities. A playground is also available

Nearby Facilities - The Corps of Engineers provide 12 campgrounds around the lake. A campground is also available at Crater of Diamonds State Park. Stores, service stations, motels, marinas, restaurants, miniature golf, canoe rental, bait and fishing supplies are available in nearby communities. A public golf course is 18 miles northeast at Glenwood. Call for a tee-time: 501-356-4422. Bear Creek Motorcycle Trail starts in Daisy and has 16 miles of trails for ATV's, mountain bikes, dirt bikes, and hiking.
