Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Golfers will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Peaks of Otter and the Blue Ridge. The club house gives a stunning panorama of the surrounding area of Forest, VA where President Thomas Jefferson choose to build his vacation home.

The eighteen-hole regulation length course featuring 6318 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 70 and it has a slope rating of 121. Many holes are quite challenging and interesting, but overall it can be somewhat forgiving. Colonial Hills golf course opened in 1962.
