About Us:

City Star Brewing offers award-winning, small batch ales, hand crafted on a 3.5 barrel brew system in the heart of downtown Berthoud, Colorado. The small town brewery was awarded Gold and Bronze medals at the world renown, Great American Beer Festival in 2013. City Star first opened its doors over three years ago and has since become a destination for craft beer lovers.

City Star's taproom is open daily: Mon-Tues 2-9pm, Wed-Fri 2-10pm, Sat 12-10pm and Sun 12-9pm. Six "mainstay" brews are always on tap: Cowboy's Golden, 6 Shooter pale ale, Red Necktar American red ale, All American IPA, Bandit Brown and Night Watchman stout. In addition, four taps are always dedicated to specialty beers.

Join us in the tasting room for weekly trivia every Wednesday, live music Thursday-Saturday, potlucks, monthly homebrew meetings, and Old Time Jams the first Sunday of every month. Brewery tours don't run on schedule, but feel free to ask if someone is available to show you around the brew house.
