About Us:

Chateau Bianca Winery & Vineyard is a family owned and operated winery established twenty-five years ago in the Mid-Willamette Valley, on Butler Hill outside of Dallas Oregon. We keep our annual production intentionally small and we are committed to high quality wines at an exceptional value.

We produce mainly Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc with a limited production of Sparkling wines, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Marechal Foch, CharA view of the Chateau through the vineyard on Butler Hill at Chateau Bianca.donnay, Ruby Port, Vin de Glace, and specialty wines.
