Owner/operator Jill Baucom brings more than 25 years of experience to every Certified Framing project. She is joined by a highly creative and intensely trained staff that balances personality, professionalism, expertise and flexibility. Together, the Certified Framing & Art Gallery team works with each customer to create the perfect art, framing, or design solution for his/her home or office.

Jill Baucom has a degree from SUNY Albany in Art and Business and is Certified by the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) in complete fine art framing. She lectures civic groups throughout the Capital District on fine art and the art of framing and was awarded the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce Achievement Award.
