Center for the Arts

The Center for the Arts (CFA) provides a professional performing arts environment for students to learn about the arts through performances and classroom experience. Quality, professional performances are produced all year long by the UWP Department of Performing and Visual Arts.

The Center for the Arts also hosts other events including campus orientations, Pioneer Previews, and Campus Programming and Relations sponsored events such as comedians, speakers, hypnotists, and musical performances. Over 150 events per year are hosted in the Center for the Arts.

The Center for the Arts also presents a series of outstanding professional touring events in the Performing Arts Series. These performances have included Avenue Q, The Milwaukee Symphony, Chanticleer, The St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, Gaelic Storm, The Three Irish Tenors, The Blanks and many others.
