The Byrnes Performing Arts Center was opened in the spring of 2007. The venue reflects the passion for the arts that brought it to life, from the pleasing architecture to the glass art chandelier for the foyer. The venue is proud to house a gleaming concert Steinway grand piano.
The state-of-the-art performance hall seats 673, with a lower section of 169, and upper section of 504. The stage is fully equipped with audio and lighting equipment, ready for presentations and staged events. The facility’s Orchestra Pit is available for performance events.
The foyer is suited for meetings of groups up to 45 people. Rooms available at High School during non-school hours.
Free Parking is available at the Center and at the adjacent High School. Arriving at Byrnes Performing arts center is easy, located just off Highway 9, at Crown Ridge Blvd., beyond the covered bridge. A short drive from Smokey Point and Downtown Arlington, where you will find dining and overnight accommodations.
