Burton Park has two baseball diamonds which are used for youth baseball and other activities. 
There is a newly built playground for all ages. 
In the winter months, Burton Field is the site for outdoor ice skating, with a hockey rink and an open skating rink. A warming house and attendant are provided during the skating season.
