Mission Statement:

1.To create a destination burger restaurant which is considered one of the great burger establishments in the US.

2.To create an environment where employees are satisfied with their work and proud to be an employee.

3.To run a sustainable restaurant sourcing from local farmers and to produce as many of the menu ingredients as possible. 

4.To create world-class authentic, true-to-style fresh beer in an environmentally efficient, low impact brewery thus reducing water usage per barrel brewed and lowering brewery dumpster waste and trash overall. 

5.To serve only pasture-raised beef.  We will close before serving corn fed beef.

6.To support the community which supports the restaurant and to support other local, independent businesses.

7.To share our love of artisan food through brand extensions and off-premises sales of our goods.
