About Us:

In 1992, Kate and Pat met in LAX waiting for a flight to Okinawa, Japan. Kate was a Navy Dietitian, and Pat was an Air Force Survival Instructor. After the tour in Japan, Kate married Pat, and they moved around the western US until Pat retired in 2007. No question that Colorado was where they wanted to settle, and start the next chapter in their lives.

Drinking and learning about wine has been a passion for Kate and Pat for the last 20 years. They made their first batch of wine three years ago, a delicious white wine blend (Chardonnay, Viognier, Saugvinon Blanc and Semillion). It was then that the dream of owning a winery began. But it stayed a dream for a long time, until Pat pressed Kate to check out if the winery could really happen. Kate, prepared to tell Pat that it would not work, discovered the opposite.

Fort Collins, as a location, was an easy choice for Pat and Kate. They feel Fort Collins is an active, growing community that appreciates good food and drink. And, the opportunity to add another quality fermented beverage to the City's selection, was too good to pass up.
