Blue Nose Brewery

We started Blue Nose Brewery five years ago with the goal to brew beer that balances both simple and complex flavors that everyone would enjoy, whatever their tastes. So in a spare bedroom of an Old Town apartment, with a borrowed pot and second-hand propane stove we brewed our first batch of True Justice Pale Ale-since then we haven't looked back. While we've moved on from that 15 gallon pot and spare bedroom to our 15 barrel system Brewery and Taproom, we still hand pick the best local ingredients and meticulously refine our recipes to ensure you'll enjoy every one of our unique brews.

We are sincerely passionate about every beer we brew and we know you'll enjoy drinking them as much as we do making them.
