Blackhawk Farms is a 1.95 mile, 7 turn private circuit racetrack located in South Beloit, Illinois on 216 acres. The track is on the border between Wisconsin and Illinois, within 90 miles o f 2 major metropolitan areas; Chicago and Milwaukee and minutes from Interstate 90.

Blackhawk Farms is a spectator friendly racetrack with many amenities.The track is a registered camp site with the Department of Natural Resources. There is no fee to camp overnight.

Café Fastee is the onsite concession stand providing top quality food at reasonable rates. The Pit Stop is the official souvenir store offering apparel and last minute racers' and spectators' needs. Bring the whole and family and enjoy the full experience that is Blackhawk Farms Raceway!

The track is a favorite of many local and national race organizations including Championship Cup Series (CCS), Midwestern Council (MWC),Sports Car Club of America ( SCCA), Vintage Sports Car Driver Association (VSCDA), and National Auto Sports Association (NASA), to name a few. Numerous car and motorcycle clubs take advantage of the experience that is Blackhawk Farms Raceway including but not limited to Chicago Porsche, Audi Club, Lotus Club, Sport Bike Track Time (STT) and Northeast Sport bike Association (NESBA). Our track is designed to allow for racing organizations and clubs alike to create the ultimate on-track experience with safety being top priority.

History of BFR

Blackhawk Farms is a 1.95-mile (3.14 km) private circuit racetrack located in South Beloit, Illinois, USA, on a 216-acre (0.9 km2) farm on the border between Wisconsin and Illinois. Blackhawk Farms was established in the mid 1960s and is a favorite of the SCCA, Midwestern Council, CCS, NESBA, VSCDA, and other local and national racing organizations.

Blackhawk Farms was built in 1967 by Tito and Marcia Nappi who owned and operated the track until its sale in 1986 to Mike and Raymond Irwin. The track was maintained and operated for nearly 20 years by the Irwin's until its sale in August, 2007 to Paul Musschoot, a local businessman and longtime SCCA racer and technical inspector.

Blackhawk Farms Raceway was built by Tito Nappi, a Corvette driver and local contractor, with the first race held in 1967.
