Our Mission:
Our primary mission is to preserve our historic building and contents. This is accomplished by striving to maintain the building and conserve the contents using the best conservation practices available.
To keep the history of this unique area availabe to our residents and visitors, allowing them to experience the everyday lives and interested of our diverse community.
To educate and amuse our visitors, through displays, school groups, topical speakers, special events and interaction with other non-profits and local businesses.
About the Museum:
The Bisbee Restoration museum is a free museum housed in the Fair Store building located on Bisbee's historic Main Street. The museum contains numerous items connected with the community's early history of mining and ranching. A gift shop is located on the main floor, Collects, preserves and exhibits objects related to Bisbee history from the late 1800s to the mid-1900s,Artifacts from early Bisbee including clothing, furniture, store and saloon fixtures, early dentistry items, a doll collection, antique typewriters, a complete pioneer kitchen, household items and artifacts related to mining and ranching in the Bisbee area.
