My interest in craft beer developed from visiting different microbreweries over the years. I was amazed that a variety of beer styles could be made with just a few simple ingredients. Drawn to the science behind the brewing process, I began to experiment with different recipes as a home brewer. My passion for brewing grew over the years and led to my inspiration for opening a microbrewery in the Rio Grande Valley.

Our goal is to consistently produce great tasting beer using our state of the art brewery equipment and quality ingredients.
