Bang the Drum Brewery

We utilize our small batch size by making as many different styles as we can so that we can get a better idea of what our community truly enjoys. Our portfolio consists of many different brews such as bourbon oak aged Imperial Stout, German-style Weissbier, Gluten Free IPA, and a kettle soured Saison just to name a few. In the not so distant future we will also have variety of Meads, Cysers, and Fruit Melomels. All of our batches of mead are made with a large portion of local honey and are brewed at low temperatures to help preserve the nutrients and retain the health benefits associated with the consumption of honey.   Come enjoy one of our brews. We know that you'll love it!
