The Alliance Symphony Orchestra is a community-based musical ensemble that brings together local musicians from all walks of life whose goal is to bring the joy of music to the community. The symphony, going strong in its seventeenth season, presents three annual concerts.
We begin the year Saturday, October 22, with "Boo!! It's Halloween". Our special event in December is a "Big Band!! Jazz, Swing" concert with holiday favorites. On Saturday, April 8, it's "Back to the Classics" and our ever popular "Pops-in-the-Park" performance is scheduled during the annual Carnation Festival on Wednesday, August 16. The Orchestra's growing reputation for providing high-quality performances of a wide variety of orchestral literature from Handel's Messiah to the theme from Star Wars proves that everyone can enjoy a night at the Symphony.
