Alford Auto Museum

599 East Main Street
El Centro, CA 92243

760-353-3920

About Us:

The collection is predominately American-Made cars such as Fords and Franklins. Imperial Valley memorabilia enhance the museum, which was started with the purchase of a Model “A” Ford for $5.00 many years ago. The original Model “A” Ford Rich Alford bought when he was in high school is included in the exhibit outside.

The cars you see in the museum are all in running condition and have been restored from the ground up to their original state. Most of them are taken out for use in local parades, community events and promotional activities. If you start your tour on the far left, you will find the museum is arranged in “Era Galleries” from the 1910’s to the 1950’s. As we always say, “It’s a work in progress”.
